1/2 c. margarine
12 eggs
32 oz. frozen hashbrown potatoes
1 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. cubed ham
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and mix in 3/4 of frozen hashbrown potatoes. Mix together everything else and pour over the hasbrowns. Put the last 1/4 of hashbrowns over the top. Bake uncovered at 325º for 1 hr.
