Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 to 1 c. - Teriyaki sauce
(RECOMMENDED: Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce)
1/2 to 1 c. - Good quality olive oil
(RECOMMENDED: Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Oil Olive)

Volume of each item depends on the number and thickness of your particular cuts of meat. Obviously, the greater the number and/or thickness, the more marinade that should be used. Not matter what, always use equal parts teriyaki sauce and olive oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the teriyaki sauce and olive oil in a measuring cup or bowl. Insert pieces of meat into a zip-lock bag (beef and chicken work best). Pour the sauce mixture over the meat and allow to marinade in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, flipping the bag at least each hour to redistribute the marinade. Remove bag from refrigerator 15 to 30 minutes before grill (or other method of cooking) is ready so that the meat can return to room temperature. Discard the used marinade.

Personal Notes:
It is important to use good quality ingredients, that is why I specified my recommended brands. Using a store brand teriyaki sauce or even the ubiquitous Kikkoman brand will yield less depth of flavor.
