12 oz. pork sausage, browned and cooled
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 t. dry mustard
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
12 slices white bread (crusts removed), cubed
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beaten eggs, milk and seasonings. Add sausage, bread and cheese. Mix well. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake uncovered in 325 oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
