6 Large Green Tomatoes 9 Red Peppers 9 Green Peppers 6 Large Onions 3 c. Vinegar 1 c. Brown Sugar 3 tbsp. Ground Mustard 6 tbsp. Flour 1 qt. Salad Dressing
Grind tomatoes, peppers and onions. Put in a pot of water and boil 15 minutes and drain. Mix vinegar, sugar, mustard (can use prepared mustard), flour mixed with enough water until consistency of paste. Stir in vegetables. Add salad dressing. Cook until it is hot throughout. Seal in clean steril jars.
