8 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
1 T. soy sauce
3 oz. pineapple juice concentrate (frozen)
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. curry powder
Tabasco sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
4 oz. raspberry preserves
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. white wine or vinegar
1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken breast in a baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour on top of chicken. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
