2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 to 4 c. chopped Vidalia (or sweet) onions
1 8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a greased round 2 quart baking dish.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with Ritz crackers.
