Ingredients:  
1/2 lb bag of elbow macaroni
1.5 lb of shredded cheese (four cheese blend)
3 eggs
2 cups of whole milk
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the macaroni in boiling water until
tender.
Let the macaroni stand to swell about 10
minutes.
Drain. Mix eggs, milk and salt and pepper to
taste.
In a large pot on stove top heat the macaroni,
and mixture. Stir in 1 lb of cheese and heat
until the cheese is melted. Pour into a 9x13
casserole pan and top with remaining
cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
