1 - 24 oz bottle of Goya Mojo Criollo Marinade
1 Large Pork Roast or Tenderloin
2 c. rice

Directions:
Directions:
In crock-pot, cover roast with Mojo and slowly cook for ~3-4 hours. Add rice and continue to cook (~2 hours) until rice is tender. Serve.
