1 crust
3 cloves roasted garlic (I roast the entire head and save the
rest for other uses)
Olive oil
Fresh dill
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Very thinly sliced red onions
Smoked Salmon

Thaw Crust. Spread a small amount of olive oil on the crust then
spread the crushed roasted garlic. Top with sprinkling of dill, the
red onions and cover with thin layer of parm. cheese. Bake at
425 until cheese melts. Remove from oven and cool to room
temp. Slice pizza into small squares. Top with salmon and finish
with capers. You could add a small drop of dill mayo before
capers for extra garnish.
