Nana's Strudel Recipe

8 oz. sour cream
2 c. flour

12 oz. apricot preserves
12 oz. orange marmalade
1 box (15 oz) golden raisins
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 bag nuts
1 1/2 t. lemon rind
1 1/2 t. orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first two ingredients and form three balls. Refrigerate
overnight.

Flatten balls and layer jams, raisins, nuts, nuts 1/3 each of
cinnamon, lemon and orange rind per ball. Roll each like jelly roll.

Bake on 375 for 10 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees for 30
minutes or until brown.
