2 pkg. jello
3 c. hot water
1 #2 can pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
3 bananas, cubed
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg beaten
1 1/2 T. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pint whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in hot water. Cool. Add pineapple, bananas&
marshmallows. Chill in large shallow dish till firm. Heat pineapple
juice in top of double boiler. Add flour and sugar to beaten egg.
Mix w/juice and cook until thick stirring constantly. Cool and fold
in whipped cream. Spread over Jello. Cut and serve in squares.
