1/4 C Butter - melted
3/4 C Onion - chopped
3/4 C Celery - chopped
1/3 C Pecans - chopped and toasted
1/4 C Parsley - chopped
1/2 C golden seedless Raisins
4 C Texmati Rice - cooked
(see directions of container)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Poulltry seasoning (can use sage)

In large skillet, saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Texmati Rice has a nutty taste and chewy. Makes a great dish.

I have used Rexmati rice and regular brown rice. They both work well. You may also use chicken broth to cook the rice with. If so, omit the salt. I used poultry seasoning and sage together.
