3 red bell peppers
1/2 t. paprika
1 T. water
3 T. olive oil
2 T red wine vinegar
salt
freshly ground pepper
1/8 t. thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t. minced parsley
1 bay leaf
1 T.slivered onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut open peppers and remove seeds. Char the skin in a toaster oven, peel skin off . Remove and cut into strips. Dissolve paprika in water and whisk rest of ingredients in. Marinate all this overnight.
