1 prime rib
1 clove of garlic salt and pepper to taste
1 med. onion

Directions:
Directions:
Rub roast with garlic and season to taste. Place onion in rings on top of roast. Roast 20 min at 500 then reduce to 325.

Cook 8 to 11 min per lb for med rare
15 to 18 for med
30 to 35 for well done
