1 c cooked and mashed turnips
1/2 - 3/4 c sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
3 eggs, beaten
1 T flour
1 - 1/2 c milk
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Combine turnips, sugar and spices. Add eggs, flour and milk. Pour into shell. Bake at 400º until knife comes out clean. Top with whipped cream.
