2 c. chunky salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
20 oz. ground beef
1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. shredded Mexican cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 9 X 5 loaf pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl combine meat, oats, salsa, and cheese. Mix well to combine. Pat mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for about 1 1/4 hours.
