1 c. mayonaise
1 c. fresh parmesan cheese
8 oz can artichoke hearts
1/2 pkg frozen spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw frozen spinach and drain very well. Drain artichoke hearts. Mix spinach, artichoke hearts, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese,and mayonaise together. Sprinkle top with Parmesan and bake until hot.

You can also serve this cold. You may want to add more mayonaise if you desire.
