2 lbs. Jimmy Dean sausage
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers (put the ritz crackers in a ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin)
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients and then shape the mixture into a ring on a broiler pan. Bake at 325º for 40 minutes. Slice and serve on Ritz crackers.
