Personal Notes:
This is another one of my favorite recipes my Mother Josephine taught me at the early age of 10. I have prepared millions for my family and friends since then. It is an annual custom of my husband, (James) to go to Shallotte, North Carolina to buy at least 100 lbs of fresh shrimp each year. They are washed and frozen in the rough to maintain the sweet fresh flavor. Good Eating all year long!!!
