1 c Flour
1/4 c Butter Or Margarine
1 c Nuts, Chopped Fine
1 - 8 oz pk Cream Cheese
1 c Sugar
1 - 9 oz Cool Whip
1 - 6 3/4 oz pk Vanilla Pudding
1 - 6 3/4 pk Chocolate Pudding
3 c Milk

Directions:

Bottom Layer:
Mix flour, butter & nuts till crumbly. Press into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

Middle Layer:
Beat cream cheese with sugar till smooth. Fold in half of the thawed Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.

Top Layer:
Beat milk into pudding till smooth and thick, spread over middle layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
