1 box (1 lb 3.75 oz) Supreme Turtle brownie mix
2 tbsp. water (high altitude use 1/3 c.)
1/2 c. vegetable oil (high altitude use 1/4 c.)
2 eggs
1 (16.5 oz) roll of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 container Rich and Creamy chocolate frosting

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease bottom and sides of 13x9" pan with nonstick spray. In mixing bowl, stir brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs. Spread half of batter in pan. Break cookie dough into small pieces. Sprinkle pieces evenly over brownie batter in pan; lightly press into batter. Open pouch of caramel from brownie mix; squeeze caramel between pieces of cookie dough, using entire packet. Spoon remaining batter over caramel and cookie dough.

Bake at 28 to 35 minutes (high altitude bake 35-42 minutes) or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely then frost with chocolate frosting.
