3 lbs. salad potatoes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 T. oil
1 1/2 T. vinegar
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. salad dressing
3 eggs, hard boiled

(I divided this recipe from one that made 40 servings, that's why some of the measures seem odd)

Cook, peel, and dice potatoes. Combine hot potatoes, celery, onions, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. Marinate for at least one hour. Add salad dressing, thinned with milk. Add eggs.

This recipe is one of Dean's moms; she made it for picnics and potlucks for large group functions. Dean likes this a lot, so I've divided it into a family size recipe.
