1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Soup Mix( any flavor) 2-3 lbs. potatoes
1/3 c. oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and cut into medium chunks, leaving the skins on. Preheat oven to 450. In lg. plastic ziploc bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into flat casserole dish (spray with Pam first!). Cover. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes a great picnic side dish!!
