1 c Brown Sugar
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 t Vanilla
2 c Flour
1 t Salt
1 t Baking Soda
2 1/2 c Oatmeal
1 - 12 oz pk Chocolate Chips
1 - 8 oz Hershey Chocolate bar, Grated

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine and add flour, salt, soda, grated chocolate; mix. Add chips. Roll into balls. Bake 6 minutes in 375° oven.
