1c sugar
1/2 c butter
1/2 c cream
1/2 c coconut
2 c flour, sifted
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add cream and coconut. Add sifted dry ingredients. Bake at 350º for 10 - 12 minutes.

This was a recipe from my Grandma Obrist. When she would make us cookies over Christmas I would eat all of them or hide them if necessary.
