1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 cans Brooks chili hot beans
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion until meat is no longer pink. Add beans and ketchup and simmer about 15 minutes. Serve with crackers and sweet pickles.

This is a quick and easy chili. I add some additional chili powder and a can of Rotel. The original is great though, and Mom always ate hers with sweet pickle chips on the side!
