Brats - any brand, amount depends on the size of the crowd. Make extras, you will want leftovers!
Beer - one can or bottle
Mushrooms - at least one pound, washed and sliced
Onion - several, sliced
Jalapeņos - 1 jar, with the juice

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare magic liquid: Pour beer, mushrooms, onions and jalapeņos into a large pan (preferably disposable) that can go on the grill.

Prepare charcoal grill. Place brats on grill, and pan with mushroom mixture on grill. When brats are done place in pan and continue cooking for at least 20 minutes. Serve brats with cooked mushrooms, onions and jalapeņos.

Uncle Randy is quite a cook, and this is one of his specialties. This really is a crowd pleaser. I don't like brats but I love them prepared this way! They are hot and spicy, so beware!
