4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 dash garlic salt
3 tablespoons water
1 dash Bon Appetit seasoning salt
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1/2 pound sharp cheddar, cubed
1 dash onion salt
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, liquids, and salts in a mixer. Gradually add cheese cubes and mix thoroughly. It should take several minutes. Form mixture into a ball, cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll ball in chopped pecans.
