1 (16 oz) package fettuccine
1 tablespoon oil
1 clove garlic minced
4 oz blue cheese crumbled
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups milk (or cream)
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in water for 8-10 minutes; drain.

Heat oil in skillet; saute garlic until golden.

In medium saucepan, combine blue cheese, Parmesan cheese, and milk. Stir until cheeses are melted; stir in reserved garlic w/oil.

Season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

Toss hot pasta with sauce and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
