2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 T. lime juice
1/4 t. ground red pepper
12 oz. crab meat
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 oz. chopped pimentos, drained
2 T. minced green onions
2 T. margarine

Lime sauce:
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. sour cream
1 T. lime juice
2 t. grated lime peel

Directions:
Mix mayo, lime juice, and pepper. Add crab meat, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, pimentos, and onion. Form into 8 patties, 1/2 inch thick, and coat in remaining bread crumbs. Cook patties in margarine in large non-stick skillet, medium heat, 3 minutes per side or until browned and heated through. Serve with lime sauce.
