Pecan Crust:
1 c flour
1/2 c pecans, finely chopped
1/2 c butter
1/4 c light brown sugar, firmly packed

Filling:
2 3 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 c powdered sugar, sifted
1 t almond extract
3/4 c heavy cream, whipped
1 16 ounce can sliced peaches (or fresh)

Garnish
1 c heavy cream
Fresh peaches, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine flour, pecans, softened butter, and brown sugar with blender until well blended. Press firmly into 9 or 10-inch pie pan. Bake 15 minutes and cool.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, and extract. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped cream, then peaches. Pour into cool crust and chill. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh peaches.
