6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
8 waffles
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans.

Spread over four freshly toasted waffles; top with remaining waffles. Divide into four pieces and serve drizzled with syrup.

Optional: sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with a strawberry.
