2 T Oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Onion, chopped
1 lb Ground Meat
2 c Tomato Sauce
3/4 c Tomato Paste
1 t Worcestershire
1 Beef Bouillon Cube dissolved in 1 c. Hot Water
1/4 t Oregano
1/4 t Basil
1/4 t Thyme
1/4 t Cumin
Salt & Pepper to taste

Sauté oil, garlic & onion in a heavy saucepan. Add ground meat and
brown. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer over low heat for one hour or longer.
Serve with cooked pasta.
