1.5 pounds ground beef (or turkey)
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic salt
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
teaspoon pepper
teaspoon cayenne pepper
corn taco shells

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef (or turkey), drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer at least 20 minutes. Fill taco shells and enjoy.
