Cranberry Chicken Recipe

1 Fryer
1/3 c Flour
1 t Salt
4 T Butter
1 1/2 c Fresh Cranberries
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Onion, chopped
1 t Orange Peel, grated
3/4 c Orange Juice
1/4 t Cinnamon, ground
1/4 t Ginger, ground

Coat chicken pieces with a mixture of the flour and salt. Brown in
melted butter in skillet, turning once. Meanwhile, combine remaining
ingredients in saucepan; bring to boiling. Pour over chicken. Cover and
cook slowly 35 - 40 minutes or till chicken is tender.
