1 1/2-2 lb hamburger
1 onion, minced
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. cottage cheese
1 box lasagna noodles
Mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in pan and had hamburger. Cook until browned. Add sauce to meat and stir. In 9 x 13 baking dish, spoon in 1/3 of meat mixture. Over top, lay uncooked lasagna noodles covering meat completely. Add cottage cheese over noodles and top with 1/3 meat mixture. Add another layer of noodles and top with remaining meat. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 60 min or until cheese is golden and lasagna is bubbling.

I usually use 2 bags of Kraft mozzarella cheese (about 4 cups). You can adjust that according to your taste.
