1 tbsp whole cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3-4 cinnamon sticks
1/3 c. sugar

Combine all ingredients in a pan. Bring to boil, boil for 5 minutes. Strain if desired. Use cinnamon sticrrer.ks for sti

You can also use a crockpot and let this heat through out the day. Needs atleast 1 hour on high to begin and then turn to lowest setting.
