1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 large can fruit (any kind)
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar & baking powder together with milk. Heat into a paste. Melt butter in a baking dish. Pour the above mixutre over the butter & pour fruit over top ..Add another cup sugar on top.
Bake at 350º until brown. Great served topped with ice cream or heavy cream.
