2 Packages frozen broccolli florets, or lge bunch fresh broccoli heads
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsps mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can french's fried onion rings
1 pkge shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 350. Cook broccolli until just tender place in bottom of 9x11 casserole dish.Mix together soup mayo, sour cream and 3/4 of the cheese.scatter half the onion ring on top of broccolli and top with soup mixture.Bake covered for 30 mins. uncover and tp with remaining cheese and onions and bake for further 10 min
