1 stick butter
1 3/4 cups plain flour (less, if you like less crust as the crust rises to the top)
1 1/3 cups sugar
2¼ teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
¼ teaspoons salt
1¼ teaspoons lemon juice or flavoring
2 3/4 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen

Directions:

Melt the butter in a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix next 6 ingredients together and pour into casserole with melted butter, but do not stir. Scatter blueberries across top, but do not stir. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

This was one of the desserts at the last reunion. I created it from a cherry cobbler recipe.
