1- lb ground sausage (Italian or hot is very delicious)
1- 8oz package of cream cheese softened
3- green onions- chopped
4- Large garlic cloves- minced
1- 4oz package Feta cheese- crumbled
2- lb Large mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Pre- heat oven to 350 F
1- Cook sausage and garlic until meat is brown. Transfer into a plastic bowl, cover it and put in the fridge to cool down while preparing other ingredients.
2- Wash mushrooms thoroughly. Remove stems from the caps (set aside the caps for later)
3- using an electric blender, smooth out the cream cheese until no lumps left.
4- Using a cheese grater, gently shred the mushroom stems (please don't hurt yourself)
5- Add cream cheese, green onions shredded stems, and feta cheese to the sausage bowl and mix all ingredients together,
6- Fill mushroom caps generously with filling and place on a cookie sheet (if desired put foil on bottom for easy cleaning).
7- Place in pre- heated oven for about 30 min.

I change the temperature and the time almost every time I make these, so I would definitely encourage you to keep an eye on you mushrooms while they are in the oven. COOKING TIME MAY NOT BE ACCURATE!!! Mushrooms should be dark brown/grey and a slightly golden top. (the juice is normal)
