Pre- heat oven to 350º F
1- Cook sausage and garlic until meat is brown. Transfer into a plastic bowl, cover it and put in the fridge to cool down while preparing other ingredients.
2- Wash mushrooms thoroughly. Remove stems from the caps (set aside the caps for later)
3- using an electric blender, smooth out the cream cheese until no lumps left.
4- Using a cheese grater, gently shred the mushroom stems (please don't hurt yourself)
5- Add cream cheese, green onions shredded stems, and feta cheese to the sausage bowl and mix all ingredients together,
6- Fill mushroom caps generously with filling and place on a cookie sheet (if desired put foil on bottom for easy cleaning).
7- Place in pre- heated oven for about 30 min.
