3 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 12oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 7oz jar of marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together margarine, sugar and milk in heavy 2 1/2 to 3 quart saucepan. Bring to full boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 min. on medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Pour into pan.
Cool.
