4 chicken pieces-bone-in or boneless
4 cloves chopped garlic
14 oz. pizza sauce
8 oz jar of taco sauce
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1 thinly sliced red bell pepper
1 thinly sliced green bell pepper
1 c. frozen corn
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dried
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Brown chicken in oil over medium-high heat (about 3 minutes per side). Remove chicken and set aside.
Over medium-low heat, cook onion, garlic, and peppers, stirring often until softened about 6 minutes.
Stir in pizza and taco sauces; add water and parsley. Return chicken to skillet and bring sauce to simmer. Over low heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, turning chicken over after 10 minutes.
Stir in corn, turning chicken again. Continue to simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta.
