2 large whole chicken breasts, 2 cups water, 2 -(10 1/2 oz) cans breef broth, 2- (10 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth, 2 -(10 1/2 oz.)cans sliced tomatoes with green chilies, 1 chopped onion , 1 whole chopped green bell pepper, 1 -( 8 3/4 oz) can whole kernel corn, 1 tsp. chili powder, 1/8 tsp. black pepper, Tortilla chips, 4 oz. monterey jack cheese, 2 avacado's chopped.

Cut up chicken. In a large saucepan combine broth, tomatoes, onion, and green pepper. Bring to a boil, add chicken. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 10 min. Add corn, chili powder and pepper. Simmer covered for 10 more minutes. Serve over tortilla chips and top with avacados and cheese.
