8 c. squash - chopped
2 c. onions - chopped
2 c. bell peppers - chopped
2 c. red peppers or carrots - chopped
1/4 c. salt
3/4 c. water
2 oz. pimientos
2 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
2 T celery seed
2 T mustard seed
1 t tumeric powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine salt and water and pour over chopped vegetables (squash, onions, bell peppers, red peppers or carrots) and let stand for 2 hours. Drain and rinse. Combine other ingredients, pour over chopped vegetable and bring to a boil. Jar and seal.
