2 cans sweet potatoes (drained) or 3 c. cooked, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 stick butter (room temperature
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 to 1 c. pecans (crushed)
1/3 c. flour

Combine sweet potatoes, milk, butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla and pour into baking dish. Blend topping ingredients well and spread over potatoes. Bake at 375 F. for 25 minutes.
