1 lb cooked peeled crawfish tails
3 c soft bread crumbs
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c chopped green onion
2 garlic cloves pressed
1 T lemon juice
1 T worcestershire sauce
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 large egg
3 T oil.
For Cream Sauce: 1/2 c sour cream
2 T chopped fresh cilantro,
1 T lime juice
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together cour cream, cilantro, lime juice & salt. Refrigerate. Stir crawfish, 2 c bread crumbs, mayonnaise, green onion, garlic, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, cajun seasoning, grouund red pepper & egg. Shape into 12 patties. Coat with remaining bread crumbs. Cook patties in batches in batches in khot oil in large skillet 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels & serve with cilantro lime cream sauce.
