Ingredients:  
1 lb chicken breast
1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black or red pepper
1/2 c. milk
2 large eggs
1 T. oil
1 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil to 375.Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Cut chicken into strips or nuggets.Mix milk, eggs, oil and water.Dip chicken into wet mixture and roll into dry mixture and carefully drop into heated oil.
Deep fry for approx. 4 minutes until chicken is golden brown. Serve with favorite sauce
