1/2 c. butter
10-12 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 lb.Cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped green chilis
optional - cooked breadfast meat broken into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter enough to mix with eggs. Grate cheeses. Use an electric mixer to mix all ingredients together. Put in a glass 9X13" pan. Bake at 350 for 45min.-1hr. until lightly browned.
