2 eggs
1/2 cup cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients well together, making a thin batter, Fry on hot griddle greased with shortening, tilting the griddle with circular motion to make a thin layer of batter. Fry both sides sprinkle with sugar and roll, thin batter with milk as you go along.
